Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1β3 business days (MondayβFriday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
- United Kingdom: 3β7 business days
- Europe: 7β12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7β14 business days
- Rest of World: 10β20 business days
Delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over Β£50
- Standard shipping (under Β£50): Β£3.99
- Express shipping (where available): Β£7.99
- International shipping: calculated at checkout
Returns & Refunds
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging. Sale items and personalised products are non-returnable unless defective.
How to Return
- Email support@shansy.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We will send you a return authorisation and instructions within 2 business days
- Pack items securely and ship using a tracked service
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5β7 business days
Refund Policy
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5β7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
