These terms and conditions govern your use of the Shansy website (shansy.shop) and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms in full.
Shansy is an online womenswear store operating from Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but the price charged to you will be the price displayed at the time you placed your order.
A contract between you and Shansy is formed only once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity — and will provide a full refund in such circumstances.
Promotional codes are subject to their own terms, are one use per customer, and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guarantees. Shansy is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery. Title in the goods passes to you once we have received full payment. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the buyer's responsibility.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement or refund) under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
In addition, we offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind returns policy: you may return any item free of charge within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in its original condition with tags attached. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of us receiving the returned goods, to your original payment method, and typically take 5–10 days to appear depending on your bank. Outbound shipping costs are refunded only if an item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, unless faulty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shansy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or your purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable local law.
