Standard delivery within Australia takes 3–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched, and is free on orders over $150 ($4.95 below that). Express options are available at checkout. Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking reference. International orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your destination and local customs clearance times; any import duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

If your order has arrived and something is not quite right — wrong size, damaged in transit or simply not what you expected — please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once we receive your parcel, refunds are processed within 3 business days back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 days.
